Legal requests
Lebacify makes try-on images from photos our users upload. If an image made with Lebacify shows you without your consent, uses your work, or is part of an investigation, tell us here. Every image our service generates carries a technical fingerprint, so with a copy of the image we can usually trace the account that made it.
You can also email
directly. Reports sent through this form reach the same mailbox and are copied to our company address.
What to include
- Who you are, which organisation or authority you act for and in what role, and a phone number we can reach you on.
- Your case or reference number, if you have one.
- The image itself (attach it) or a link to where you found it — matching the fingerprint needs the picture, not a description.
- What you are asking for: removal, the account behind the image, or information for an investigation.

What happens next
We confirm receipt with a reference number and aim to respond within five working days. Requests for account information are handled under Dutch and EU law: we release personal data only on a valid legal basis, such as a court order or a request from a competent authority. Reports about an image that shows you are treated with priority.
