Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Lebacify website and web app. Lebacify is a product of Ariamax, KvK 42005482 (BTW NL005427752B87), Rijswijk, the Netherlands ("Lebacify", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Lebacify lets you photograph yourself and your clothes and see AI-generated images of outfits from your own closet rendered on your own photo. The service is provided as-is over the web; we continuously improve it and may change or add features.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Lebacify.
- One account per person; provide accurate information. Your account can hold multiple closets — for yourself and also for family members, your partner, or close friends, provided they have given you their permission (see "Your content" below).
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you choose to share your login with someone you trust — for example so they can manage their own closet — you do so at your own risk: everything done with your credentials counts as done by you.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the try-on images generated from them.
- You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process your photos solely to provide the service to you.
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their permission, and clothes you are entitled to photograph.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- upload unlawful content, or images of other people without their permission;
- use the service to harass, impersonate, or mislead anyone;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI-generated images
Try-on renders are AI approximations. Fit, color, and drape may differ from reality; renders are a styling aid, not a guarantee of how a garment will look or fit. Do not present generated images as unedited photographs of real events.
6. Pricing
Lebacify runs on credits: creating an account is free, and AI actions — adding garments, generating try-on renders, outfit suggestions — consume credits. New accounts may receive trial credits. You can add credits in two ways:
- Credit packs (one-time purchase): Starter €2 = 150 credits · Standard €5 = 425 credits · Premium €10 = 925 credits · Ultra €20 = 2,000 credits.
- Monthly plans: Standard €1.99 = 150 credits per month · Premium €4.99 = 450 credits per month · Ultra €9.99 = 900 credits per month. Plans also unlock larger closets and extra features, as shown in the app. A plan renews monthly until you cancel; you can cancel anytime in the app and keep the plan until the end of the paid period, after which your account returns to the free plan.
The prices shown in the app at the moment of purchase are final and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we never receive or store your card or bank details. Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are unaffected; if something went wrong with a purchase, contact contact@ariamax.nl.
7. Intellectual property
The Lebacify name, logo, app, and website are our property or that of our licensors. These terms give you no rights to them beyond normal use of the service.
8. Liability
We provide the service with care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app; the account and all associated data are erased immediately, as described in the privacy policy. We may end or suspend the service for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
